To touch back on a conversation from class: the paradigm shift in education is here, just not evenly distributed.  The secret flaw of that bastardized Gibson quote is the implication that it will ever be distributed evenly.  I haven't read the whole article yet, but judging from the first three paragraphs there's little new here.  Rich kids have been going to montessouri schools, or prep schools like the one in this article for a long time now.
